Founded by Deepinder Goyal and Pankaj Chaddah in 2008, #Zomato is an Indian restaurant aggregator and food delivery start-up. In select cities, Zomato provides information, menus and restaurant consumer feedback, as well as food delivery from partner restaurants. The case study dives deep into what happened to the company during the pandemic and suggests what could be done to mitigate the losses from the market.
