As it stands WPI has been continuously rising since the past three months touching 10.88%. and CPI inflation at 4.5 %. There is no sign of relief either considering that RBI has retained the accommodative stance with respect to benchmark rates. The chances for third wave is likely to impact the future prospects of inflation in India.
